LEGAL CADASTRE
Directives, laws, regulations
KARL KRONER (hereinafter referred to as KKUB) provides consulting services and information events for the conception, development and implementation of company-specific legal
cadaster.
A legal cadastre describes the relevance of the guidelines, laws and ordinances or the extent to which the respective organization is affected.
An organization in this sense can be: a process, a process chain, an area, a business unit, a company or a group.
Responsibilities and responsibilities for the respective standards are recorded in the customer-specific legal cadastre (for details, see work steps). This KKUB legal cadastre has a general character and comprises the following structure:
International law
Business law
Taxes law regulations
The legal cadastre of KKUB can be adapted to the client's requirements on the basis of fee contracts.

1. NEED FOR ACTION
Business, science, administration and consumers need laws, ordinances and standards in order to be able to help shape and develop the framework for their actions in a global work-sharing environment.
The legality obligation and legality control obligation establish the obligation to act lawfully.
For a long time, the introduction of a method for systematically checking compliance with standards and legal requirements was primarily seen as the task of large listed corporations.
This understanding is not up-to-date in a world where labor is globally divided.
The problem facing companies and institutions is the high density of regulations. It presents small- and medium- sized companies with major challenges when selecting the relevant legal acts and at the latest when introducing and maintaining them.
2. PRACTICAL DESIGN
The information and documents of the legal cadastre can be managed either in an adequate file system or in a database system, depending on the size of the organization.
The legal cadastre can be designed, developed and implemented as an intranet solution using the ISO high level structure or DIN SPEC 36601 and using HTML / CSS with options for communication with file systems or databases.
The legal cadastre of individual organizational units (processes, process chains, functions, areas) can be integrated into a legal cadastre that covers the entire company or the group.
3. CONSULTING STEPS
The steps for creating a company-specific legal cadastre are:
Determination of data sources for all relevant legal
norms (laws, ordinances, guidelines),
Determination of the appropriate inspection cycle
(monthly, quarterly, yearly),
Determination of the organizational context for
which the legal cadastre is to be set up,
Definition of responsibilities for the review of legal
norms,
Determination of the extent to which operational,
organizational, production or process-specific or
other changes have been made since the last
review (e.g. location, expansion, new business
area, change in processes, use of other materials,
etc.),
Determination of the new regulations and review of
the concern of the company,
Comparison of the processes and job descriptions
with regard to the new legal norms.
Companies that want to achieve sustainable success must cultivate a culture of integrity and compliance and consider the needs and expectations of interested parties. The basis for this is a permanently updated legal cadastre.
